| The rotating University Heights Bridge on 207th street over the east river, as it turns to let water traffic pass. The University Heights Bridge crosses the Harlem River, connecting West 207th Street in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan to West Fordham Road in the University Heights section of the Bronx This is an upper manhattan bridge that rotates instead of lifting to allow river boats to pass.
